OverviewThe Enterostomal Therapist is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Accepts professional development as an integral part of nursing practice.

ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive wound and ostomy care to patients in home settings, ensuring quality and individualized care according to the nursing process, Nurse Practice Act, and evidence‑based practices.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree – Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Completion of an accredited course in Wound, Ostomy and Continence.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Certification as an Enterostomal Therapist by the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board within 90 days of hire.
- 2 years of Nursing experience.
- 1 year home care experience (either prior to or upon certification as ET).

Pay Range: $53.27 - $74.30 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
