Chapters Health System is seeking an RN Day Triage to provide telephonic and ad hoc support to patients and families, triaging inquiries and delivering compassionate nursing care. You will establish positive relationships with callers, referral resources, and the Interdisciplinary Group to coordinate services.
Qualified candidates hold an affiliate RN license (multi-state possible within 30 days), have at least one year of nursing experience (hospice or hospital preferred), BLS, and EMR/EHR
