Job Title
Registered Nurse – Float Pool (Night Shift)
Peace Health Southwest Medical Center | Full-Time | 0.90 FTE
Salary Range: $56.92-$86.09/hour, plus $3.50/hour Resource Team differential and $7.75/hour night shift differential.
Compensation is based on collective bargaining agreement.
What You’ll Do- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with professional standards and unit protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs
- Document care accurately and timely
- Delegate tasks appropriately based on team members’ competencies
- Participate in quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention initiatives
- Stay current through ongoing education and professional development
- Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) - Licensure:
Active RN license in Washington (or ability to obtain) - Certifications:
BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS required within 6 months of hire. - Experience:
Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required for consideration. - Skills:
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Familiarity with EPIC EHR
- Commitment to patient-centered care
