IQVIA is looking for a Mobile Nurse (LPN/LVN) for Per Diem, In-Home Services. The role travels to patient homes within a designated geographic area and performs phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings to support treatment initiation. Flexible hours with no minimum visits.
Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR, phlebotomy and EKG experience, and ability to travel up to 100 miles. Local travel, per diem pay, and mileage reimbursement provided.
