Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Vancouver WA

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our full‑time medical group in Vancouver, WA. Our practice is a large, knowledgeable team of MD/DOs, NPs, and PAs focused on patient‑centered care with a low patient load of 16 patients per day to reduce burnout.

• Graduation from an accredited NP/PA program
• Current NP/PA license in Washington
• Family practice/primary care experience required
• Previous experience with EMR/EHR software (Athena preferred)
• Eligible to participate in Medicare or Medicaid programs
• Current non‑limited DEA registration and maintain malpractice insurance per Washington statutes
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to see an average of 2 patients per hour

• Patient care – urgent care or primary care
• Procedures as needed
• Accurate and timely documentation
• Order and review labs, bloodwork, and imaging
• Patient education
• Pharmacological management

• $65–$85 per hour (depending on experience/qualifications) – approximately $135,000 to $176,000 annually plus bonuses

• Quarterly bonus for inbox management and meeting quality metrics
