Zoom Care is seeking a Part‑Time, Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team.

A competitive hourly pay rate of $76.00–$84.00 per hour with additional compensation through our performance‑based bonus model, 401(k) match, sign‑on bonus, relocation assistance, and shift differentials for eligible roles.

• Hourly pay range of $76.00–$84.00 per hour + evening pay differentials for the hours worked after 6 pm
• Opportunity for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives, and ability to pick up additional shifts

• Work an average of 21 hours per week
• No administrative days and no on‑call time – unmatched work‑life balance
• Scheduled appointments only; no staying late to wait for patients
• Clinic positions require a two‑week training period with travel to various clinics; schedule during training may differ from the standard clinic schedule
• Additional mandatory training may be required outside of scheduled shifts

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Wednesday, 3 pm–10 pm

• Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostics, wellness exams and procedures
• Practice in state‑of‑the‑art neighborhood clinics with a well‑organized practice model
• Provide evidence‑based medical care
• Practice confidently with on‑demand access to a Physician

• Physician Assistant:
  Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA
• Family Nurse Practitioner:
  Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 1–2 years of experience post‑graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care
• Experience seeing patients of all ages
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program
• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer

• Standing for long periods of time
• Fit tested for an N‑95 mask; must be clean shaven where the respirator seals for fit testing or when wearing the respirator
• Must wear a mask as needed
• Clinical timelines and work volume may require more hours or work outside regular business hours to complete essential duties
• Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs
