  • Skills: Isolation Precautions/PPE, Assist with ambulation, Assist with feeding patient, Assist with turning and repositioning, Bathing/hygiene, Bed alarms, Bed shampoo, Bedpan / urinal, Bedside commode, Call lights, Change linens (occupied, unoccupied), Cleaning of equipment, Complete Bed bath, De-escalation techniques, Diet intake/calorie count, Donning and removing PPE, Drain output, Electronic vital sign equipment, Foot care, Heel and elbow protection, Hospital beds/Specialty Beds, Hoyer lift, Lifting and pulling proper body mechanics, Mouth care, Normal Vital signs parameters (Adult and Pedi), Obtain Blood pressure, including orthostatic, Obtain patient Respirations, Obtain Temperature (oral, rectal, axillary, Tympanic), Perineal care male/female, Pressure Injury Prevention, Pulse Oximetry, Reporting change in patient condition, Room/Patient Safety Checks, Routine Catheter Care (Indwelling and External Catheters), Safe patient transfers, Shave patient, Shower assistance, Skin care, Stock Supplies, Transfer belt, Turning /repositioning, Turning and positioning patient, Urine output measures and records, Urine/Stool Incontinence Care
