Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgical Unit

Situated in Vancouver, Peace Health Southwest Medical Center and Medical Group serves an impressive annual patient base of over 280,000 individuals in southwest Washington. With 450 licensed beds, we provide a wide range of specialized medical services and programs to meet the region’s diverse healthcare needs.

Job Details

Part‑time, night shift – Five 12‑hour shifts from 18:30 to 07:00 every two weeks. Salary range: $56.92–$86.09 per hour, dependent on terms of hire.

What you bring
  • Current Washington or multistate RN license.
  • American Heart Association / American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers.
  • 1 year of RN experience.

Essential Functions
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
  • Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
  • Direct and delegate care to other team members based on their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
  • Ensure own professional effectiveness through education and professional development.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of hospital policies, procedures and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection prevention programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
