Nephrology Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a full‑time Advanced Practice Clinician (NP) to join our 6‑physician Nephrology Department. The ideal candidate will be motivated to provide comprehensive, compassionate care to medically complex patients.

Responsibilities:

• Care for end‑stage renal disease patients on dialysis at various dialysis units in Clark County.
• Work closely with attending nephrologists for monthly hemodialysis rounding.
• Provide comprehensive care for patients across six dialysis units within a 30‑minute driving radius.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience in nephrology or similar experience in primary care or other fields for at least 1 year.
• Team attitude and proactive approach to patient health care.

Compensation and schedule:

• Salary model between $132,752 and $158,919 (subject to change).
• Monday to Friday schedule with no call.
• Flexible scheduling.
