The Opportunity:

RN – NICU (0.65 FTE, Nights)

This position will provide rest and meal break coverage at times.

Our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Vancouver, Washington is seeking skilled, passionate Registered Nurses committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered care. In this full-time night shift role, you'll join an interdisciplinary team that values humility, respect, and shared purpose.

This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly range: $56.92– $86.09 Hiring rate depends on terms in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needs of NICU patients
• Document patient care according to established standards
• Direct and delegate care to team members based on competence and credentials
• Maintain professional effectiveness through education and development
• Participate in policy, safety, quality, and infection-prevention initiatives
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you bring:

• 1 year of NICU Level III nursing experience (required)
• 3+ years of neonatal nursing in a Level III NICU (preferred)
• Active WA/MSL Registered Nurse license (required)
• Basic Life Support – upon hire (required)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required within 6 months of hire)
