Registered Nurse - Vancouver, WA Job Summary
Vancouver Specialty & Rehabilitation Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility in Vancouver, WA. As a Registered Nurse with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of residents, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and post-acute recovery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Conduct routine assessments, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions, identify potential problems, and report changes to nursing staff and physicians
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
- Current RN licensure in the State of Washington
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
