Peace Health Southwest Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical 3 team, specializing in medical-surgical and oncology patient care
.
This full-time, night shift position ) consists of three 12-hour shifts per week and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on high-quality patient care. - Current Washington State or Multistate RN License required by date of hire.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required by date of hire.
- One year of RN experience required.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
- Document patient care according to established standards.
- Direct and delegate care activities to appropriate team members.
- Maintain professional competency through ongoing education and development.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety, infection prevention, and departmental initiatives.
