- Base pay: $56.92 - $86.09/hour
- Resource Team differential: +$3.50/hour
- Night shift differential: +$7.75/hour
- Additional compensation for:

As a member of the Pediatric Resource Team, you'll provide expert nursing care where it's needed most, helping ensure high-quality outcomes for pediatric patients across multiple care settings.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to pediatric patients
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
- Support children and families through compassionate, family-centered care
- Accurately document patient care in the electronic health record
- Delegate care appropriately and support team effectiveness
- Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives
- Maintain professional excellence through ongoing learning and development
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Washington State RN license (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience in:
- Acute Care Pediatrics
- Pediatric Emergency Care, or
- Pediatric Long-Term Acute Care
- Strong understanding of pediatric growth, development, and age-specific care principles
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient and family experiences
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within six months of hire
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within six months of hire
