• Base pay: $56.92 - $86.09/hour
• Resource Team differential: +$3.50/hour
• Night shift differential: +$7.75/hour
• Additional compensation for:
  • BSN, MSN, and DNP degrees
  • Specialty certifications

As a member of the Pediatric Resource Team, you'll provide expert nursing care where it's needed most, helping ensure high-quality outcomes for pediatric patients across multiple care settings.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to pediatric patients
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
• Support children and families through compassionate, family-centered care
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic health record
• Delegate care appropriately and support team effectiveness
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives
• Maintain professional excellence through ongoing learning and development

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Washington State RN license (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience in:
  • Acute Care Pediatrics
  • Pediatric Emergency Care, or
  • Pediatric Long-Term Acute Care
• Strong understanding of pediatric growth, development, and age-specific care principles
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient and family experiences
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within six months of hire
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within six months of hire
