What you'll do- Complete 6–9 in-home health assessments/day
- Review medical history and risk factors
- Collect vitals, labs, and screening data
- Document findings in the EMR
- Educate members on next steps
- Coordinate follow-up if red flags are identified
- Travel throughout Clark County, WA
- Active NP license
- Master's in Nursing or higher
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Able to work independently in the field
- Pay: $140 per completed visit
- Mileage reimbursement
- Company laptop provided Paid training
- No medications, prescriptions, or on-call responsibilities
- Choose full-time or part-time
- Flexible hours (minimum 24 hours/week)
- Travel within Clark County, WA only
- Manage your own route—no clinic reporting
