In this pivotal role, you will:
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for Med/Surg units.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs, ensuring high-quality and safe care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of professional growth.
  • Manage budgets and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and medical staff to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety.
  • Promote change, facilitate redesign, and implement systems and processes.
What you'll bring:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program. BSN required.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare is required within two years of hire date.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or current MSL is acceptable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
