Full-Time | 0.90 FTE | Night Shift )
Pay Range: $23.03 – $34.59/hour

The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Nursing Float Pool, you'll provide compassionate, hands‑on care throughout the hospital while working alongside experienced nursing teams.

You will:

  • Support patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and daily comfort needs.
  • Help patients safely move, walk, transfer, and maintain mobility.
  • Take and document vital signs and other patient care observations.
  • Monitor patients and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  • Assist with treatments and basic clinical procedures within CNA scope of practice.
  • Measure and document intake, output, and other patient information.
  • Keep patient rooms stocked, safe, and ready for care.
  • Provide emotional support and a reassuring presence for patients and families.
  • Assist with unit support tasks, including communication, documentation, and coordination of care.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Washington State.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire, issued through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
  • At least one year of CNA experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospital environment while providing compassionate patient care.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent acute care or hospital CNA experience.
  • Comfortable adapting to different patient populations, clinical teams, and care environments.
