Certified Nursing Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Vancouver Specialty & Rehabilitation Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, providing support to our nursing staff, and promoting a positive and respectful environment for our patients and their loved ones.
Responsibilities:Provide personalized care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as transfers, ambulation, and feeding
Monitor and report patient vital signs and conditions to nursing staff
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and assist with toileting and incontinence care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and activities
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington
Minimum 1 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and prioritize patient care needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
