Our Vancouver Cancer Center is seeking a dynamic and inspiring clinical leader to join our team as Manager, Nursing Services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care while leading and developing a highly skilled team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Medical Assistants.

Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 Hours M-F

Location: Vancouver, WA (Vancouver Cancer Center)

Salary Range: $113,315 - $179,688

* Final offer amounts are determined by a review of the candidate’s applicable experience and qualifications, as well as internal employee equity considerations.

SCOPE:
Position will work in conjunction with, and by the direction of, the Director of Clinical or Nursing Services, if applicable, to provide nursing support for practice locations by consulting and advising clinicians on best-practices, implementation of/providing education and training programs, and collaborating on interdisciplinary projects. Provides oversight of nursing leadership and staff. Supports and adheres to The US Oncology Network Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

• Oversees the clinical operations for all nursing clinical support activities.
• Oversee the clinical operation for all medical assistant’s clinical support activities.
• Ensure clinical operations and practice consistent with organizational objectives
• Collaborates with practice management to provide support on operational projects such as site Quality
• Committees, Quality Oncology Practice Initiative site assessments, Advancing Care Information, the
• Oncology Care Model (OCM), and other special projects as assigned.
• Facilitates the implementation and/or utilization of outcomes data and evidence-based practices
• Facilitates implementation of standardized best practices within the organization.
• Ensures practice standards of care are consistent with community standards of care.
• Ensures the incorporation of clinical evidence into existing and newly developed standards.

• Assess staffing levels and issues, patient flow, current practices in the clinical setting.
