The Neil Jones Food Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Lab Lead for our Northwest Packing facility in Vancouver, WA. This part-time role becomes full-time during the pack season (July–November) and is non-exempt.
Salary is hourly in the mid-range, with standard QA responsibilities and regulatory compliance. You will supervise QA personnel and lab activities, ensure QA procedures meet GFSI, USDA and FSMA standards, and coordinate with Production to maintain product quality.
