Onsite Property Manager

What You’ll Do
  • Manage daily community operations, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations.
  • Enforce lease agreements and company policies with fairness and professionalism.
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and emergencies.
  • Oversee property inspections, turn‑overs, and vendor services to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Foster a positive, community‑focused environment that reflects our company values and commitment to resident satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of multifamily property management or leasing experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and Washington State landlord‑tenant laws (RCW 59.18)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
    App Folio or similar property management software a plus
  • Dependable, professional, and team‑oriented approach
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
