Cecilia is a local breakfast (and soon to be dinner) restaurant with a scratch kitchen and craft bar located in Vancouver, Washington. We believe that maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction depends on strong leadership. We are seeking managers who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to create memorable guest experiences. For entry-level management, candidates should have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Candidates for AGM or General Manager positions should have 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.

Management Duties:
- Train employees in food preparation, customer service, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for efficiency and standards
- Evaluate employees and work procedures to ensure quality
- Oversee schedules, assign duties, and responsibilities
- Check food and beverage deliveries for accuracy and quality
- Assist in hiring and firing staff in collaboration with other managers
- Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Engage with guests and resolve complaints
- Maintain opening and closing procedures
- Develop departmental objectives, budgets, policies, and strategies
- Monitor budgets and payroll, review financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with health, OSHA, and fire regulations
