Shipping Clerk - Warehouse Associate

The Shipping Clerk - Warehouse Associate is responsible for recording shipping orders on the computer system, labeling items, and packing items into containers for shipping. The Shipping Clerk must be able to multitask. The Shipping Clerk ensures that all items are packed, labeled, and recorded appropriately in preparation for transport. This role also requires assisting with retail store duties when necessary.

• Pay range: $20.24 - $29.69 hourly (commensurate with experience)

• Record order details on the computer system.
• Pack items into containers for shipping.
• Label package with all vital information.
• Monitor inventory and order more units as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean and neat.
• Assist with retail store sales duties when needed
• Other duties as assigned

• A high school qualification or equivalent.
• Prior shipping experience
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a relevant field.
• Prior customer service experience
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word, Outlook
• Flexible work hours.
• Ability to lift items and containers.
• Ability to operate warehouse vehicles such as forklifts and pallet jack.
• Ability to multitask.
