We are a family owned & operated business seeking a professional and responsible Assistant Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our retail sales team and assisting the Store Manager. • Provide excellent customer service to our internal & external customers alike
• Effectively lead a staff of young adults while promoting teamwork & fostering a positive work environment
• Manage time well while demonstrating a sense of urgency & a "Get-it-Done" approach
• Assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, coaching, & motivating employees;
  Lead by example
• Demonstrate strong & clear communication
• Assist in inventory management
• Help maintain a clean, organized, orderly, & stocked store

• 2-5 years of retail management experience with a proven history of driving sales
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong team building & leadership skills
• Strong merchandising, organizational, & time management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
