Compensation

Hourly wage: $22.5-$35.5 per hour. Pay is at least the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. The role requires lifting heavy objects over 50 pounds and may require operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.
