Overview
Holman is seeking a motivated and customer‑oriented Parts Counter Person to join our brand‑new Lexus dealership in Vancouver, WA. The role involves assisting service technicians and team members in locating and ordering the appropriate accessories and repair parts for consumer vehicles.
Job Responsibilities- Assist customers, technicians and sales consultants with their auto‑parts questions and needs, either in person or via telephone.
- Handle cash and other purchasing transactions.
- Operate the electronic and paper cataloging system to retrieve up‑to‑date parts information.
- Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty‑policy information to customers.
- Maintain stock of the parts department by assisting with shipping and receiving and maintain the parts database.
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of experience in an automotive parts department highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Total Target Compensation: $72,000–$77,000 annually (depending on experience).
Schedule:
Monday – Friday and rotating Saturday or Tuesday – Saturday.
