Job Summary

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to improve their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up.
• Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and process bill payments in‑store.
• Answer questions about current or new services, process account changes, upgrades, and general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Display expert knowledge of technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Support a fun and competitive environment that connects products to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Physical ability to carry or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store.

Base Pay: $17.20 per hour

Target Compensation: $24.89 per hour
