$22.5 - $35.5 per hour. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional CompensationIncludes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional premium compensation may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job OverviewApparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
