• Welcome all customers and set expectations with customers.
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen.
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail and ensure finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume, with exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tools.
• Proactively explore root cause of issues, think forward, ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded, and be solution driven.
• Multitask, prioritize and manage time with competing priorities.
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies.
• Take pride in store appearance and help keep store clean, attractive, and organized.
• Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices.
• Be resourceful and self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement and results.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions and inventory management.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener and team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Sales skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators.
• Embrace new technology and change.

• Previous customer service and retail experience.

Pay range: $23.97 - $37.39 per hour. Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, a competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered. Benefits may include healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
