MEAT​/MEAT CUTTER

The Kroger Company - 2500 Columbia House Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, tenderizing, sealing, packaging, wrapping, bagging, pricing, prefabricating, dating, labeling, scaling, merchandising, selling, serving customers, and related tasks in accordance with company policies;
Keep department temperature logs accurately updated and maintained;
Stock and display meat items safely and in accordance with company standards;
Check product quality; rotate stock to ensure freshness;
Keep sales areas, backrooms, coolers, and floors clean and organized;
Unload trucks, sort orders, and place in proper cooler locations;
Wash and sanitize equipment per company and health department policies;
Greet customers and provide high-quality foods; deliver friendly customer service;
Increase store sales and profits in collaboration with retail operations and marketing programs;
Maintain professional and cooperative behavior with customers and associates
