Stocking Team Supervisor

Hourly Wage: $22.5 - $35.5 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom. They must lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and may need to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Maintain inventory and organize the backroom.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery as required.
• Ensure accurate placement and labeling of stock.
• Assist with inventory audits and reporting.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Experience or ability to operate forklifts.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
