If you’re a proven Medicare or Individual Health producer who’s tired of grinding for inconsistent leads, chasing short-term commissions, or working on a platform that limits your growth, it’s time to level up.

This is a long-term career move for agents who want stability, professional credibility, and scalable growth.
We’re looking for an experienced, licensed agent with solid working knowledge of- Medicare Advantage, Supplements & Part D
- Individual Health / ACA Marketplace
- Group plans (or the willingness to learn)
- Strong local brand with a loyal, established client base
- Warm leads and real operational support (no sink‑or‑swim culture)
- Relationship‑driven model that produces renewals and referrals year after year
- Base pay + performance bonuses
- The opportunity to grow a meaningful, renewable book of business
- Proven experience in Medicare and Individual policies
- Professionalism, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong consultative skills and need‑based selling
- Relationship building skills with clients, providers, and community partners
- Availability during regular business hours
- A client‑first mindset with a growth orientation
- The ability to network, cultivate referral partners, and bring in new clientele that strengthens the agency is preferred
