Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Clinical Support Specialist to join our growing U.S. commercial team. This role is primarily responsible for strengthening distributor partnerships and increasing product adoption of SANOS within veterinary dental practices. The Clinical Support Specialist supports the dealer network, partners with clinics to optimize utilization in dental procedures, delivers product education to clinicians and distributor teams, and provides field insights to support commercial strategy.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing position for someone who thrives in the veterinary dental space, enjoys relationship building and clinical education, and is driven to advance product utilization and clinical excellence in animal oral health.
Salary- $75-80k + bonus
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Call on distributors to strengthen relationships, support their sales efforts, and expand product presence within the veterinary dental channel.
- Manage key clinic accounts to grow existing business.
- Increase clinical adoption through education, case support, and effective value communication.
- Provide structured product presentations and training to clinicians, staff, distributor representatives, and the internal sales team.
- Deliver field insights and customer feedback specific to the veterinary dental market to support marketing initiatives and commercial planning.
- Represent All Accem at customer meetings, trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand presence and support distributor sales.
- Provide feedback on marketing campaigns and customer communication programs based on field experience.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to serve as a trusted clinical and commercial resource for distributors, customers, and internal teams.

Requirements Education & Experience Specifics- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of two years of hands‑on clinical dental experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to present and educate in clinical environments.
- Ability to travel 50% as required.
- Located near major airport.
- Strong understanding of veterinary dental procedures, workflow, and clinical best practices.
- Channel management and distributor engagement skills.
- Ability to translate clinical product features into clear, compelling value propositions for veterinarians, technicians, and pet parents.
- Highly organized and self‑motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an entrepreneurial environment.
