Job SummaryEast Regional Sales Director, Club Direct
This role will be Eastern USA based (West of the Mississippi).
Qualifications General Position SummaryThe East Regional Sales Director, Club Direct oversees the strategic direction and management of sales and business development activities within the North America East Region. This includes ensuring competitiveness in the market, managing pricing structures, overseeing compensation strategies, and formulating distribution and channel strategies.

- Strong executive-level financial analysis and business acumen.
- Proficient in strategic and operational planning and management.
- Skilled in fostering collaboration among colleagues and staff to achieve results in a team‑oriented environment, including technical personnel.
- Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market through effective product management and marketing collaboration.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly through verbal, written, and presentation formats.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in understanding and leveraging the influence of advertising, social media, and marketing.
- Capable of tracking industry trends and emerging markets.
- Experienced in leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams, utilizing specific sales methodologies, and managing sales funnels.
- Extensive network of contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners.
- Strong consultative selling abilities, particularly with executive-level customers and partners.
- Proven track record of successful sales in new product/new market environments.
- Collaboration with internal departments to facilitate business processes, including credit and customer care.
- Assistance with credit management and collection of customer payments.
- Proficient in margin control management.
- Willingness to travel to monitor sales productivity within Club networks.
- Four‑year college degree and/or equivalent experience.
- North America Club Direct Sales Management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
- Experience using Salesforce and Power BI.
