The Role:The National Retail Accounts Manager role at Alta Forest Products involves developing and managing retail relationships to drive sales and market share growth, particularly with Big Box retailers. The role requires implementing sales and marketing strategies, optimizing operational processes, and representing the organization as a brand ambassador. The ideal candidate should have significant sales experience, preferably in consumer products to national accounts, and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

- Own and be responsible for daily operations with Big Box retailers.
- Increase revenue through the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Establish, maintain, and optimize operational processes to ensure superior customer experience and satisfaction.
- Learn and gain proficiency in operating systems, including Infor M3 and retailer systems like Vendor Drill, Askuity, IDM, etc.
- Represent Alta Forest Products as a knowledgeable, professional, and respected brand ambassador, embodying the image and values of the organization.
- Monitor and measure the performance of retailers against sales targets.
- Plan and communicate inventory movements to ensure 98% fill rates.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Sales experience as a supplier to Big Box Retail
- Ability to work with and leverage technology to enhance effectiveness in a sales role
- Understand pricing and retail financial models
