• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in‑home consultations
• Use our iPad‑based design software to create customized bathroom solutions
• Present product options and provide clear, transparent pricing
• Guide homeowners through the bathroom remodeling process
• Build rapport, answer questions, and confidently close sales
• Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)
• Confidence presenting solutions in customers’ homes
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and competitive
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation for local appointments
