Santiago General Contractor Solutions is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters
. If you enjoy talking to people and working outdoors, this is a great opportunity to build experience and grow with a fast-growing home improvement company.

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners
• Promote our bathroom remodeling services
• Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations
• Accurately collect homeowner information
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
• Work with your team to meet daily and weekly goals

• Strong communication and people skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable walking 3–5 miles daily and working outdoors

• $18–$20/hour base pay (based on experience)
