Pay: $23.27-$25.51 hourly    Truss Coordinator executes all aspects of our sales call process and strategies, facilitating and coordinating business activities of accounts and executing PARR sales initiatives. Their primary focus is supporting the sales team by communicating with customers, scheduling jobs, creating quotes, processing requests, and helping to manage construction schedules.
The Truss Coordinator receives daily direction from Truss Designers & Sales on the team and reports to the Plant Manager or Design Manager. Interacts daily with Managers and both internal and external customers. Also interacts regularly with corporate employees. Interacts regularly with vendor representatives and industry associates.
** Duties and Responsibilities
*** Establish and maintains professional relationships with customers
* Communicates with wide number of customers in Residential Construction industry, and helps to sell and manages the timely flow of Roof & Floor trusses (building materials) to their jobsite
* Expertly uses, promotes & facilitates PARR Bridge Strategy
* Proactively set, reach for, and meet (or exceed) personal sales and profit goals
* Primary player in deepening customer relationship and scheduling timely Roof & Floor Truss shipments – ensuring account profitability as well as customer satisfaction & loyalty
* Ability to sell on overall quality, value, and service, rather than price
* Precisely and efficiently manage one’s time and prioritize workflow in fast paced environment
* Communicates with dispatch to ensure that they are not over promising deliveries to customers
* Maintains customer profiles in Outlook or CRM to include full name, company name, title, office number, cell number, email, and matrix
* Maintains cleanliness of workspace
* Follows best practices in order entry, setting up deliveries and all aspects of job
* Introduces himself/herself to customer and uses customer’s name when possible
* Accurately takes in plans and submits details to the MES and/or EWP
* Uses delivery schedule to ensure customer satisfaction
* Follows guidelines for proper GP%
* Completes PO’s on time, confirms confirmation and ties PO to order
* Greets walk-in customers professionally
* Answers phone promptly with professional greeting
* Identifies customer’s urgency and completes orders quickly
* Confirms customer’s material needs prior to sending deliveries
* Completes quotes and follows up in a timely manner
* Proactive with customer’s needs
* Has a high level of follow-through with orders – ensures inventory arrives, communicates with customers, etc.
* Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Knowledge
* Writes quotes and orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed
* Basic understanding of Roof & Floor Trusses as well as construction processes
* Regularly attends PK’s and offered classes
* Manages outlook and personal notebook
* Utilizes all resources to find solutions
* Follows all AR account and cash handling procedures
* Seeks to learn products and their application for end user
* Completes online training as needed
* Understands pricing levels and avoids un-necessary discounting
* Able to seek out product transactions and order history
* Reports low inventory when needed
