Join our high-performing sales team as a Garage Door Sales Consultant in Vancouver, WA.
What You’ll Do- Meet with homeowners to assess garage door needs and deliver customized solutions
- Take ownership of the sales process from first contact to final follow‑up
- Generate and pursue new leads via phone, email, and in‑person consultations
- Provide accurate, competitive estimates for service, remodels, and installations
- Recommend upgrades and accessories that enhance safety, function, and style
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire project
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow‑up using Service Titan
- Support peers and help the team achieve collective success
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in the trades or home services industry
- A passion for customer service and building long‑term client relationships
- Tech‑savvy with experience using Service Titan, or willingness to learn
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Unlimited earning potential – no cap. Expected earnings $80K‑120K+
