Lexus of Vancouver is looking for Sales Consultants to join their team at their brand-new dealership in Vancouver, WA
.

• Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits.
• Assist with the purchase process and complete the necessary paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with customers, sales managers, and F&I personnel to negotiate sales prices and lease payments.

• Experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Proficient in computer systems and sales software.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, and education, starting in the range of $50,460.00 – $71,910.00 USD annually for full‑time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
