Mid Market Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Zoom Info is recruiting a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to collaborate with top-performing Account Executives and drive strategic outbound sales efforts targeting Mid Market companies (100‑999 employees).

• Identify and engage senior‑level executives at Mid Market organizations, building a robust sales pipeline for Mid Market Account Executives.
• Research, develop, and execute a strategic outbound sales plan by mapping out targeted accounts and driving opportunities.
• Educate prospective leads on the full suite of Zoom Info solutions, focusing on how our products solve real pain points within their Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Help prospects understand the business impact Zoom Info can deliver, ensuring conversations are rooted in their needs and challenges.
• Establish strong, trusting relationships with both internal team members and external stakeholders, building confidence in the value Zoom Info brings.

• 1+ year of experience targeting Mid Market‑level organizations, demonstrating a strong ability to uncover opportunities and engaging decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated skill in communicating in a concise and compelling way to senior‑level executives across multiple departments.
• The ability to assess prospects’ needs, personalize outreach, and uncover high‑probability opportunities that align with their business challenges.
• Experience creating, executing, and maintaining a well‑structured prospecting plan that drives results.
• An eagerness to understand market trends, customer pain points, and organizational changes to improve outreach effectiveness.
• Experience with go‑to‑market (GTM) technologies like Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoom Info is a plus.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, always thinking of new ways to drive engagement and pipeline.

This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of three days per week from an office in Waltham, MA;
Bethesda, MD; or Vancouver, WA.

The U.S. hourly rate for this position is $28.85 per hour plus variable compensation and benefits. Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as work location, qualifications, skills, experience, and/or training.
