Membership Sales Specialist Position Summary

As a Membership Sales Specialist (Membership Development Manager), you will be the engine behind Audigy’s new member pipeline. You will work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with our Regional Sales Managers, owning the front end of the sales process: identifying high‑potential prospects, sparking meaningful conversations, and opening doors that lead to lasting partnerships. This is a high‑activity, high‑impact role – think 100+ outbound prospect touchpoints per week – built for someone who thrives on momentum, loves the hunt, and finds genuine satisfaction in connecting the right people to the right solutions.

If you are a natural connector who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, build relationships from scratch, and take ownership of your results, this role was made for you.

Key Responsibilities & Performance Objectives
  • Own the top of the funnel – identify and research high‑value prospects in the hearing care space, generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
  • Make things happen – conduct 100+ weekly outbound prospect calls, positioning Audigy as the business solution that helps independent hearing care providers grow and thrive.
  • Set the table for success – schedule discovery calls and membership overview presentations that give our RSMs the best possible shot at closing.
  • Be a strategic partner – collaborate with sales leadership to build and execute an annual business development plan aligned to growth targets.
  • Stay sharp – gather market intelligence, complete Information Discovery Forms, secure NDAs, and ensure every prospect interaction is thoughtfully followed up.
  • Keep the team informed – deliver clear monthly summaries of pipeline activity and results, helping leadership make smart, data‑driven decisions.
  • Show up – support company events and initiatives as needed, representing the Audigy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.

What You Bring
  • A proven track record in sales or business development – you know how to prospect, persevere, and perform.
  • High phone confidence – you are comfortable making cold calls and turning cold conversations into warm relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills – you can manage a large, active pipeline without letting anything slip through the cracks.
  • Excellent communication skills – you listen actively, speak clearly, and write professionally.
  • A collaborative mindset – you work well with sales teams and understand that your success is tied to theirs.
  • Technology proficiency, including MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gong, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent relevant work experience.
Working Environment

This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel of up to 10%. For candidates based in the Portland/Vancouver metro area, a hybrid work option is available. The position is a full‑time role Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Physical Demands

This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. It may require standing for long periods of time and lifting supplies and materials from time to time.
