Position: VP of Global Sales in the Life Sciences Industry

The VP of Global Sales in the Life Sciences Industry will be responsible for leading the global sales strategy and execution for the company's products and services in the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical trials, data analytics, and clinical research, and have managed a global team selling to Pharma, biotech, CROs, healthcare, and other related industries.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, including Pharma, biotech, CROs, healthcare, and other related industries.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks for the company.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the life sciences industry with a focus on clinical trials, data analytics, and clinical research.
  • Proven track record of success in managing global sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the life sciences industry and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
