Position

Summary

Account Managers are tasked with generating new revenue and growing market share for Byram Healthcare covering Wound Care, Urology, Ostomy, Incontinence, and Diabetes within a defined geographical territory. They are responsible for providing high quality service to our providers and customers, ensuring efficient and profitable operation. Base salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with an uncapped commission structure that depends on level, years of experience, and geographic location.

Job Functions
  • Metrics and performance are expected to be at 100% of quota for new revenue goals while also achieving year‑over‑year market growth.
  • Conduct an average of 8-10 field sales calls daily, pre‑scheduled whenever possible.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new accounts.
  • Conduct meaningful sales calls by building relationships, uncovering needs, creating solutions, and asking for business.
  • Perform pre‑ and post‑call reviews.
  • Log all activity for each sales call in Salesforce daily, including details such as contact, location, items discussed, products presented, competitive information, action required, and next call date.
  • Focus on core business activities within a territory’s top accounts, especially Quarterly Business Accounts.
  • Qualify and position every account using Byram’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing partners to generate leads and new opportunities.
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Compliance Program.
  • Work with Operations, Reimbursement, and Managed Care teams to develop and execute pull‑through initiatives for all referral sources in the territory.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Byram services, products, and managed‑care contracts, and articulate and educate this information to healthcare professionals or referral sources.
  • Develop and maintain territory business plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
