Store Sales Associate

Our store in Southcenter Mall, Tukwila, WA 98188 is looking for a full‑time sales associate. Ideal candidates will have experience in fine jewelry, watch sales, or other luxury retail sales.

• Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and crafting memorable experiences.
• Cultivate in‑depth knowledge of products and provide feature and benefit explanations to customers when presenting merchandise.
• Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information using company‑supported technology.
• Inspect and clean customers’ jewelry, and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces.

• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment, or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education.
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.

Range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour + monthly sales bonus based on individual sales and store performance

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

The full‑time hourly schedule is designed to provide flexible staffing during key events and peak selling times. You will be eligible for health and welfare benefits in addition to sales bonuses, monthly incentives, and SPIFFs.
