District Manager – Genitourinary (GU), Pacific Northwest
Location:

We are searching for the best talent for a District Manager – Genitourinary (GU) in the Pacific Northwest. The role is field‑based and reports to a Region Business Director. It involves managing a team of field‑based Oncology Sales Specialists, executing territory business plans for breakthrough products in Oncology and Urology, and building a strategic plan to deliver sales results within an assigned budget.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of field‑based Oncology Sales Specialists who plan and execute territory business plans for breakthrough products in Oncology and Urology.
- Demonstrate business and clinical expertise while building a strategic plan and guiding the team to deliver sales results within an assigned budget.
- Possess strong leadership skills, building a high‑performing, motivated and engaged team while developing individual talent and managing performance.
- Connect with internal and external customers, shaping our business to help the appropriate patients.
- Work in the field with minimal supervision, adapt quickly to change and demonstrate an understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech regulatory and promotional guidelines.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience, with at least five (5) years of sales or cross‑functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics, or Business Development) within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate others to success.
- Valid driver’s license issued in one of the fifty (50) United States and willingness to travel as needed or required, up to 40%; which may include overnight/weekend travel.
- Prior people management experience or completion of a Management Development Program.
- Expertise in high‑level planning and organizing and business planning.
- Experience in Oncology, hospital and/or large account sales, and leading through complex reimbursement issues.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time.
- Experience building team AI literacy and confidence, reinforcing trusted and responsible AI use and sound judgment.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $130,000 – $224,250. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance‑based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year; and Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year.
