The Role
We’re looking for our first sales hire to own and grow relationships with innovative AI teams — from early-stage startups to regulated enterprises in healthcare, finance, insurance, and defense. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape our go-to-market motion, close high-impact deals, and design early pilots.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a focus on founder-led and high-touch deals
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline across key verticals
- Develop a repeatable sales playbook for scaling
- Lead technical sales conversations with multiple stakeholders in complex, regulated environments
- You Might Be a Fit If
- 3–6 years in B2B sales, ideally with developer tools, MLOps, or AI/infra products
- Experience selling to technical buyers (ML engineers, CTOs, Heads of AI/Data Science)
- Comfortable building from scratch — ICPs, playbooks, pilot frameworks
- Familiar with compliance-heavy industries and AI risk
- Strong communicator and closer
- Bonus:
Early-stage startup experience taking a product from 0→1 in sales
