Job Description
The HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative drives revenue growth by selling preventative maintenance service agreements to commercial clients. This role combines HVAC technical knowledge with consultative sales and relationship management, helping customers ensure reliable system performance, regulatory compliance, and long‑term cost control through customized service solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and close sales for commercial HVAC maintenance service agreements.
- Conduct on‑site evaluations to assess HVAC equipment and recommend tailored maintenance plans.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support renewals, referrals, and long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate with service technicians to identify system performance issues, repair needs, and upgrade opportunities.
- Track sales activity in CRM systems, meet or exceed sales targets, and participate in industry events and training.

- 2+ years of experience in service‑driven or solution‑based sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non‑technical audiences.
- Self‑motivated with excellent organizational, time‑management, and follow‑through skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital proposal tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Background in HVAC, mechanical systems, compliance documentation, or property management.
- Experience developing maintenance scopes of work, service checklists, or compliance documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with field technicians and internal office teams.
- Experience presenting cost‑benefit analyses and ROI for service agreements.
