About the RoleReporting to the Vice President & General Manager, the Account Executive is the primary relationship owner for BEST's existing member base. This is a service-first, relationship-driven role focused on member retention, engagement, and growth through expanded utilization of BEST's vendor and partner network.
You will be the day-to-day point of contact for your assigned accounts — proactively reaching out, solving problems, identifying upsell opportunities, and making sure members are getting real value from their BEST membership.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned member accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships
- Conduct regular proactive outreach (calls, emails) to check in on member satisfaction and engagement
- Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing member base
- Drive adoption and utilization of BEST's vendor partners, technology platforms, and service offerings
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and account performance updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records in Hub Spot CRM
- Assist with member escalations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, vendor relations) to deliver solutions that meet member needs
- Track and report on key account metrics including retention, utilization, and satisfaction
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing service role
- Background in dental, healthcare, or business services is a strong plus
- Experience using a CRM platform (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar) for activity tracking and account management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills — you're comfortable on the phone and can write a clear, professional email
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without dropping the ball
- A natural relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required — relevant experience matters most
