Role Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Executive at First Orion, you will drive new revenue by selling our Enrich RCS Messaging solutions. You will build a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects, educate the market on rich conversational messaging, and replace legacy SMS with trusted, branded, interactive mobile experiences.
Responsibilities- New Sales – Planning & Execution
:
Build an RCS pipeline, generate meetings through cold outreach and networking, drive RCS pilots and proofs‑of‑concept, use for pipeline management, and provide executive reporting. - Customer Focus & Business Development
:
Master the A2P messaging landscape, articulate the value story of Enrich, map RCS capabilities to client workflows, gather market feedback for product improvement, and grow existing relationships through territory planning, multi‑threading and onboarding. - Compliance & Governance
:
Ensure understanding of mobile carrier compliance, fees, spam mitigation and branded messaging protocols.
- Existing knowledge of A2P SMS/MMS ecosystem, 10
DLC, short codes and emerging RCS standards. - Prior experience in SaaS, CPaaS, digital marketing tech or telecom sales, proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals.
- Full‑cycle sales mastery from discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Excellent communication skills – articulate speaker and writer for technical and marketing buyers.
- Team collaboration ability with sales engineers, product teams and account managers.
- Urgency & agility: superior time management and a drive to succeed in a fast‑paced mobile market.
- Creative problem‑solving: reimagine static alerts as rich interactive experiences.
- Data literacy: use analytics to build compelling business cases.
- Familiarity with one or more CPaaS aggregator platforms (Twilio, Sinch, Infobip, Bandwidth).
