Vice President of Financial Sales – Investment Management

Compensation: $160K–$700K+ Total Earnings Potential | Base + Uncapped Commission

Our client, a large, growing investment management firm serving individual investors across the country, is hiring a Vice President of Financial Sales.

• A proven track record of success in a competitive, quota‑driven sales environment
• Experience working in financial services (investment management, banking, etc)
• Comfort with a high‑volume, activity‑driven sales cycle
• Resilience and money‑motivation. You perform through the slow stretches, not just the hot streaks
• Series 65 or 66 license (or willingness to obtain by first day of work)

• $100,000 base salary in year one; $75,000 in year two; uncapped commission from year three
• $160K – $250K realistic year‑one earnings; $225K – $400K year two; $300K – $700K year three
